Step 1: Sift Dry Ingredients Together ½ tsp sea salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup coconut flour (or ½ c coconut flour and ½ c almond flour) 1 cup coconut sugar, monk fruit or sugar ½ cup cocoa powder Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients Together 2/3 cup softened ghee, grass fed butter, or melted coconut oil ½ cup full fat coconut milk 12 eggs at room temperature 2 TBSP pure vanilla ½ cup melted dark chocolate Step 3: Gradually Add Dry Ingredients Until Well Incorporated. Step 4: Stir in 1 cup diary free chocolate chips (optional) Bake at 350 15 minutes for cupcakes 20-30 minutes for cakes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean)
