Who is on our staff and what specifically do they do?
Kellen Glum - My role with IAT is that of BCBA and Clinical Director. My job is to meet with the individuals and their families, run various assessments to determine skills that may need to improve, as well as determine which maladaptive behaviors that may need to reduce, and then write the treatment plan to be implemented in the home. I also oversee the other disciplines within our company to ensure we are all working together to best help our individuals gain skills that will improve their lives.
Eve Noren - I am an Occupational Therapist, and I provide evaluations, direct services, consulting, and collaboration with the IAT team. Areas that I can contribute to or collaborate on include our client’s sensory, motor, cognitive, activities of daily living, social, and emotional regulation abilities.
Julia McMillan - My job is to help increase communication in all forms for the individual with autism and their families. Whether that is through increasing accuracy of articulation, teaching words and phrases, or adaptive communication, my goal is to allow successful communication of wants and needs. I also get to work on the social aspect of communication and teaching appropriate social interactions at home and in the community.
Jillian McKinney – Registered Behavior Technician - I’m a credentialed paraprofessional who works one on one providing ABA (applied behavior analysis) to clients on the spectrum. I directly implement the programs and behavior plans the BCBA creates for the client.
Nichelle Stephens - I am excited to be joining the IAT team! Upon graduating with a B.S. in Psychology, I started teaching in the Montessori method and have been for the past 5 years. I recently finished the Registered Behavior Technician training and I look forward to sharing my talents and skills with those served by IAT.
Ruthann Gibbs – I am the Executive Assistant for Integrated Autism Therapies. My role is to support staff and administrators in office duties, mailings, event support, and miscellaneous assignments as needed.
